Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged in shipping will be fully refunded or replaced with an identical item if we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Please keep all damaged shipping containers, as the carrier will require such to process a damage claim. Please provide us with your order number or if you are the recipient of a gift that needs to be returned, please provide us with the name of the purchaser of your gift along with any item numbers or identification of the product you received. We realize you have a choice when you shop and we want your shopping experience to be a rewarding one. We promise to do whatever we can to accomplish that goal.

If you are the sender of a gift and the gift has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing us for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.
To ship your gifts to multiple addresses, simply go to your cart and then click "Ship to Multiple Addresses." Once there you can choose exactly which gifts go to which address! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
Our gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order.
If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘date of event’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.
Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary note card.
Rest assured we never include receipts or any prices inside our boxes! Due to the nature of the gift, none of our hand delivered or shipped gifts include receipts or packing lists unless previously requested.

We require the recipient’s phone number in case we have issues delivering the gift. We will never divulge who it's from or what the gift contains but sometimes we do need to contact the recipient to ensure that they receive their gift.
If we are unable to safely deliver the gift and you have failed to include the recipient’s phone number, you may be charged a secondary delivery fee to account for the courier’s additional trip.
Unfortunately, we do not offer substitutions on our pre-designed boxes or baskets.
We are an online store only and are not set up for pickups.
We typically deliver next-day on Martha’s Vineyard. If your recipient does not live on Martha’s Vineyard, please expect regular US shipping times.
Please be advised we cannot accept any last-minute same-day requests as our courier picks up our orders first thing in the morning.
We only deliver in United States at this time. Orders may originate from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping destination is in the United States.

Please note unforeseen weather can cause unexpected delays in delivery. In addition, during holidays, estimated delivery times might be longer than usual. If your delivery did not arrive when expected, please contact us and we will gladly assist. We always recommend erring on the early side of caution when selecting a delivery date.

Chocolate products in gifts may not be available in hot months (May-September). Chocolate will be replaced with cookies, candies, and other gourmet items.
If you are sending a gift basket to a hospital or hotel, please be careful to confirm the information before submitting your order. If we make a delivery to a hospital or hotel and the recipient is no longer employed, visiting or has been released, you will assume the delivery charge.
We can not ship alcohol in a gift basket under any circumstances by Massachusetts Law.
