- Exchanges and Return Policy We strive to make sure that your gift arrives to your recipient looking amazing! We do not offer exchanges or returns but if there are any issues with your gift, please do let us know by contacting us at email@example.com
- Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged in shipping will be fully refunded or replaced with an identical item if we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Please keep all damaged shipping containers, as the carrier will require such to process a damage claim. Please provide us with your order number or if you are the recipient of a gift that needs to be returned, please provide us with the name of the purchaser of your gift along with any item numbers or identification of the product you received. We realize you have a choice when you shop and we want your shopping experience to be a rewarding one. We promise to do whatever we can to accomplish that goal.
- Cancelations You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, and we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment right away! Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.
